Agreement For Sponsorship

This sponsorship contract does not establish or imply an employer-employee relationship. The organizer assumes no responsibility or responsibility for the sponsor that goes beyond the scope of this contract. 22. FULL AGREEMENT. This agreement is the final agreement of the parties. This is the complete and exclusive expression of the agreement reached between the parties on the purpose of this agreement. All prior and simultaneous communications, negotiations and agreements between the parties on the purpose of this agreement are expressly incorporated into and replaced by this agreement. The provisions of this agreement must not be declared, supplemented or qualified by evidence of the use of trade or a previous activity. None of the parties was led to conclude this agreement and neither party is based on statements, representation, guarantee or agreement, except those expressly defined in this agreement.

Unless expressly stated in this agreement, there are no conditions for the effectiveness of this agreement. NECESSARY ACTIONS; OTHER INSURANCE.

Each party does everything in its power to take or implement all necessary or desirable measures to complete and make effective the transactions envisaged in this agreement, or to prove or execute the intentions of this Agreement. The sponsorship package purchased is not transferable for any reason. If the promoter is unable to meet the financial requirements of this agreement, the promoter agrees to provide the organizer with a written notification in a timely manner so that the organizer can find another suitable sponsor.
